Originally from Melbourne, FL, Mandy moved to Fort Myers to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Education at FGCU. Beyond work, she finds fulfillment in family time, travel, and managing their family farm. They share a deep love for the business and take pride in nurturing their three children in a supportive and loving environment, eagerly anticipating the arrival of their third child in 2024. Chase, a Cape Coral native, brings extensive construction expertise with Florida licenses as a Certified General Contractor and Certified Pool Contractor. His steadfast dedication ensures that every project at Eagle Fence meets the highest standards, solidifying their reputation as a trusted name in the industry.
With a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail, Kerri ensures that every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability. As the first in the office each day, she leads by example, rallying the team with enthusiasm and dedication. Under Kerri’s leadership, Eagle Fence consistently delivers fencing solutions that enhance privacy, security, and aesthetic appeal for residential and commercial properties.
Beginning her career with us as a front desk receptionist nearly five years ago, Nikki has since become an expert in the fencing business. Her deep care for the company and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction set her apart. Knowing the ins and outs of the industry, she ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Always going above and beyond, she is truly the heart of our office. We’re proud to have such a knowledgeable and committed office manager leading our team!
As Marketing Director at Eagle Fence, Cailyn brings a dynamic mix of creativity, strategic insight, and hands-on experience to building the company’s brand and community presence. With a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a deep passion for helping businesses grow, she focuses on strengthening brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting long-term growth through impactful marketing. She is also proficient in American Sign Language (ASL), allowing her to connect with a wider and more diverse audience.
As a native Floridian with nearly 40 years of customer service experience, Sharon joined our team in 2021 as an office assistant and quickly moved into the role of Office Manager. She’s the friendly voice behind the phone and keeps our operations running smoothly! Outside of work, she’s a proud wife of 20 years, mom of 4 and Gigi to four grandchildren.
Kristen has lived in Florida for most of her life, but is originally from California. She brings local knowledge and positive energy to her role as Assistant Manager here at Eagle Fence! She is a proud soccer mom of two boys and loves cheering them on – as well as rooting for the Everblades hockey team! Her dedication and organization help keep our team running strong.
Originally from Cuba, Amanda moved to Miami at 13 and has called Cape Coral home since 2021. With years of customer service experience, she now oversees permitting and job scheduling, keeping everything on track for our clients. She’s a loving mom to a 5 year old daughter, a book lover, and enjoys spending weekends at the beach with her family!
Tanya joined Eagle Fence in 2022 as an Office Assistant, providing vital support to office operations and customer service. With prior experience at a land surveying and engineering company, she brings valuable skills and a strong attention to detail to the team. Originally from New York, Tanya adds a friendly and dedicated presence to the company’s daily work flow!
Ryan’s deep roots in the fence industry make him a go-to expert for getting the job done right. With 25 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every fence project. As a devoted family man, he’s been married for 19 years and is a proud dad of a teenage son, and Chicory, the family’s beloved Bernedoodle. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him soaking up the Florida lifestyle, enjoying the sunshine and all the moments in between!
Bradley is a seasoned estimator and proud native Floridian with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the fence industry. His deep knowledge and commitment to quality have made him a trusted professional in delivering accurate, reliable project assessments across residential fencing projects. He’s committed to helping homeowners bring their vision to life, one fence at a time!
With over 37 years of experience in the fencing industry, Robert K. brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to Eagle Fence. As our esteemed Field Supervisor, Robert is committed to ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. His extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and unwavering work ethic have made him an invaluable asset to our team and a trusted leader on every job site. Robert takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and his leadership and experience are a key to our success.
Backed by three decades of experience in the fencing industry, Mike has built a well-rounded career by working in every facet of the trade. As a project manager, he focuses on efficiency, clear communication, and high-quality results. When not on the job, Mike enjoys fishing, bow hunting, weight lifting and exploring new places. His drive and discipline, both in and out of work, set the pace for every project he leads.
With over a decade of industry experience since 2011, Chris joined Eagle Fence in 2021 in search of new growth opportunities. His favorite aspect of working with us is the continuous expansion and exciting changes that keep the company dynamic and innovative. Raised in Northern N.J. and bilingual thanks to his Cuban heritage, Chris brings a unique perspective to our team. Work feels like family for Joel here at Eagle. As a Commercial Salesman, Joel thrives on overcoming challenges and finds joy in seeing each project through to its successful completion. He is committed to seeing that every project meets our high standards of craftsmanship and durability, focusing on attention to detail and commercial client satisfaction. Beyond the work, he values building relationships and enhancing properties with fencing solutions that offer security, privacy, and aesthetic appeal.
With over 50 years of calling Cape Coral home, Todd brings a strong sense of dedication and local insight to every project. After retiring as a Sergeant from the Cape Coral Police Department with 25 years of service, he now enjoys helping customers plan with precision. Outside of work, he’s a proud dad of two teenagers, a die-hard Detroit Lions fan, and can often be found boating or fishing in the paradise he calls home.
With a background in healthcare administration and over 25 years in customer service supervision, Dawn now brings her attention to detail and organizational skills to supporting commercial estimators. She reviews bids, ensures accuracy, and handles all the documentation contractors need to move forward with confidence. Outside of work, she loves thrifting adventures with her daughter and son-in-law, and enjoys quiet mornings on the patio with a cup of coffee and a view of the preserve’s wildlife!
